Zeleris and Correos Shipment Policy

The shipping time  with Zeleris depends on if you choose a Standard or Express delivery. Standard shipments usually take 4-10 days, it depends on the country and the area. Express shipments 2-5 days, depends on the country and the area. Correos between 4-14 days. Keep in mind since the Covid19 situation and the countries restrictions these are the delivery times for the moment. 

Shipments with Zeleris only have 2 delivery attempts, otherwise the packages can be returned, so please pay attention to your tracking number in order to receive the package. If the recipient is absent the 2 delivery attempts and wants the order to be resent, the customer will have to pay the shipping cost again (this does not apply to shipments with Correos). Anyway, don't worry, there have never been the case of these surcharge incidents, we always usually can solve the problem first and never had a problem with Zeleris shipments.

We try to be attentive to all tracking numbers, if the 2 deliveries are attempted, we will contact Zeleris to try not to return the package and try to deliver it again. If it entails any surcharge, the client will have to take charge (this does not apply to shipments with Correos).

If by mistake the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the carrier charges a surcharge, the customer will be responsible for the surcharge. In case of error of the store, we will assume the costs (this does not apply to shipments with Correos).

Keep in mind that Correos is the standard state shipping in all countries, so now with the COVID19 situation, packages are very slow and sometimes fall into quarantine, being delayed indefinitely, so we recommend to choose Zeleris.
