We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, etc), Paypal payments and COD (Cash on delivery, only for Spain).

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please, allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders every day all day within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the same or next day. Please, note that there are no shippings on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery time: Zeleris Standard (4-10 days), Zeleris/DHL Express (2-5 days ), Correos Standard (5-14 days), Correos Express (2-3 days only for Spain) and Zeleris NEXT day (24h only for Spain). All these times depends on location, area and having in count the pandemic situation and it's restrictions. There are no shippings on Satudays and Sundays. See more details on our Shipping Policy. 

As a general rule, Zeleris is faster than Correos, but it depends on the area and country, taking in count the pandemic situation and it's restrictions. With Zeleris you can choose an Express Shipping handled with DHL Express, which speeds up delivery. Keep in mind that Correos is the standard state shipping in all countries so packages can sometimes fall into quarantine in some countries, being delayed indefinitely, so we recommend to choose Zeleris. If you are not happy and wish to return an item contact us within 15 days from receiving your order. Please, provide your order number and the reason for your return to info@thebrapshop.com . Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions. For a list of final sale item please see our Refund Policy. All returns must be in original conditions with packaging intact.

In general, all return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are responsability of the customer, but we will study each case to get a solution. For more details see our Shipping Policy. 

Please, contact us at info@thebrapshop.com within 7 days from receiving your order if you received something incorrect, missing and/or defective. Include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to solve your case as soon as possible. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment withing 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: contact the bank/credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. As we advise on the product page, you have to measure around your exhaust to know your size. S: 24-34 cm normally for 2 stroke. Size M: 34,5-40 cm for 4 stroke. Size L: 40,5-45 cm for bigger 4 stroke. Size XL: 45,5-53 cm for extra big 4 stroke
